Just few weeks ago everybody - me included - was complaining about the lack of snow.
Then the big snowstorm was due to arrive in New York throwing the whole East-coast in panic.
Finally there was some snow, but nothing so extreme/exceptional to justify such a reaction or alarmism.
Last week was, according to the meteorologists, the week of the biggest snowstorm of the last century -or so- in Italy. Then, the same morning as the snow was due to fall, all weather forecast programs were foreseeing few flakes on the Alps and nothing more.... well, let's say that it got pretty difficult to move around by car!
In the end no matter what, people will complain (and I still put myself in that category too) for whatever happens in their life, especially for weather and weather forecasts. Why? That's simple, it's for free!
At the same time, independently from the fact that weather forecasters set you in a bad mood or the snow disrupted your journey, it's always nice to wake up after a snowstorm night and find yourself in a white wonderland.
Before the sky cleared out completely, the sun tried to break through in the thick layer of clouds
but I think that in B&W the whole image looks stronger
So, in which party are you? The weather complaining or the let's wait for the sun to come out one?
