2 weeks around in Corsica

While winter is reaching the most of Europe, I went back digging in my pictures and I realized I didn't post anything of the 2 weeks trip in Corsica .

I was there the first half of September, and I must say it was probably the best period: very nice weather, warm sea water and few tourists. Well, some tourists, but still much many less that in July or August.

Before heading south, we spent few night in Ile Rousse, where the red rocks and the clear sea spoke by themself.

Just driving few kilometers south on the west coast, you can encounter a countless number of bays with crystal water.

Driving souther and souther, the landscape became even more fascinating. Here a spot that remembered me of the island on which part of the tv series Arrow is set.

The contrast between the different colours was amazing, also among the rocks on the stone beach.

Nature sometimes managed to create some amazing visual effects.
On the road we hit several interesting villages, Sartene for example.

Still, if I have a word about it, the best remained the sea
