During my last visit to Italy over Easter period, as I already anticipated, I had a quite busy and well-planned schedule that got completely screwed..... as a result, I also ended up spending two night at a friend's place before heading back home.
It wasn't the first time I was staying at his place but, thanks to the light breeze and slightly lower temperatures than the usual for the season, I had the chance to enjoy this wonderful view.
I simply loved the graduated deep-blue sky full of shiny stars! I think it gives a better idea in the portrait layout.
The sky was simply plenty of stars, and they were all very visible despite the houses and streets lights.
The day after the weather wasn't good during the day, but at night the sky cleared up a bit, leaving just few clouds in front of the stars: I think that they give an even more dramatic feeling to the whole scene!
So in the end what really matters is not how much you plan, is how much you manage to get the best out of any situation life could put you in!
