It was a very nice weekend, mainly devoted to meet up with friends, but there was still plenty of time to go around in the city.
As you might know, I always prefer to seat next to the window on planes for the view: sometimes it just doesn't make any sense....
No matter how many times I've been in Stockholm, I still simply can't find my way in the city, I simply get lost! This time I really tried to to create a kind of map of the city in my mind, at least of the places I've visited millions of times, but after a while I just decided to lose myself in the details I wanted to shot leaving the navigation to someone who knows the city much better than me ;-)
Sweden is not really known for the chocolate cupcakes, but these ones looked simply amazing!
I know that it's more than normal in any civilized city, but I still get impressed when I see bicycles at any corner, especially in a place where weather isn't the sunniest and warmest ever!
For the first time I also got on the Gondolen: yep, been there countless times but never got up there to have a nice view on the Gamla Stan.
Nice view! nothing to say, but I prefer it with a little additional touch!
Just the time to enjoy the city, and it was time to head back... waiting for the next trip!
