In Sweden for the Xmas break

It has been quite a tradition during the last years to come to Sweden for Xmas, and this year couldn't have been any different!
I want to be honest: I was really looking forward to a white xmas but, unfortunately, for the moment there hasn't been any single flake falling down.
On the other hand, it has been quote cold, windy and mainly rainy these days. In addition to that, I;ve also been pretty lazy not willing to step out in the cold too often. The adverse weather doesn't even let me shoot too much (the Nikon D3200 isn't water proof and I do not really enjoy walking around under an umbrella), and with the low-light condition I mainly focus on landscape and panorama shots. Still I'm without a tripod: I've wished for it for Xmas, I got it granted, but I'm still so uncertain about which one is going to be the best for me... so I'm still making use of brick walls, fences and whatever is more stable than my hand to have decently sharp panorama pictures and long-exposed frames.
Here what it is - so far - "the shot" of the trip.

What do you think about?

I'm actually planning to have some more shooting over the seasonal vacations, as always in between Sweden and Italy, so stay tuned.
